This policy explains how the iOS and iPadOS versions of Lives Mobile handle information. Your videos, images, and Live Photos are edited and generated on your device. The media editing features do not upload them to our servers.

1. Local processing and use of information

The app processes only the videos, images, and Live Photos you choose, together with audio and file properties needed for editing. Copies of media, editing drafts, preview caches, watermark settings, language preferences, and local identifiers used to restore drafts or detect duplicate media may be stored in the app.

This data is used to import, arrange, trim, generate, and restore edits. It is not used for facial identification, advertising profiles, or model training. We do not offer Lives account registration or cloud hosting for users' work, and we have not integrated third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or crash-analysis SDKs.

2. System permissions

Selecting photos and files. You authorize access to chosen media through the system picker. You do not need to grant access to your entire photo library merely to select media. If photo-read access has already been granted, the app may use it to resolve paired resources for a selected Live Photo; it does not use that permission to collect other photos in bulk.

Saving to Photos. The app requests or uses the necessary permission to write to Photos only when you save a result. If you decline, the result cannot be saved to the Photos library. You can change the permission in system settings.

The current conversion features do not request access to the camera, microphone recording, contacts, location, or advertising tracking. Using sound from an existing video is not the same as recording through the microphone. Revoking a permission does not automatically delete media copies previously imported into the app.

3. Apple services and purchases

When selected media is stored only in iCloud or another file service, the system may download it to your device first. iCloud Photos or device backups that you enable may also sync media and app data. That does not mean your work is uploaded to the Lives operator.

When you choose the City / District location style for a photographic watermark and the selected media contains capture coordinates, Lives Mobile may use Apple's reverse geocoding service to resolve those coordinates into a city or district name. This may require a network connection and send the coordinates to Apple for that purpose. Lives Mobile does not send your photo or video content to the developer or request access to the device's current location for this feature. You can hide the location or choose coordinates or custom text instead.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. The app reads and verifies products, transactions, expiration, and revocation status to unlock and restore entitlements. It does not upload transaction credentials to a receipt-validation server operated by us, or obtain your Apple Account password or full payment-card details.

Apple may provide necessary sales or settlement reports under its platform rules. See the Apple Privacy Policy for its services and data handling.

4. Website, legal pages, and support email

When you open our website or legal-document pages, the server receives network information needed to serve them, such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser identifier. It may log access times, response statuses, and errors solely to deliver pages, troubleshoot problems, and maintain security. It is not used for advertising tracking, and your media is not sent with the request.

Our website is currently hosted on Alibaba Cloud servers in the United States, and our contact email uses Google Gmail. Network information or email may therefore be processed outside mainland China when you visit a page or send us a message. We remain responsible under applicable law for processing on webpages we operate, even when they open in an external browser. Where cross-border notice, separate consent, or other procedures are legally required, we will complete them beforehand; clicking a link does not substitute for consent.

An email address, problem description, device information, order details, or attachments that you choose to send us are used only to reply, investigate, and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, complete payment details, or unrelated private media. See the Google Privacy Policy for its email service.

5. Retention and deletion

Local media and drafts are kept while needed for continued editing. You can remove imported media or use “Settings → Storage → Clear Media and Cache.” This does not delete original files or saved results in the system Photos library, and may leave preferences such as language and watermark presets in place.

Deleting the app completely will usually remove its local data. The system's “Offload App / Keep Data” option, iCloud backups, and Photos copies must be managed separately. We do not provide a cloud backup for your work and cannot remotely restore deleted local content.

We retain website logs and support records only for the shortest period needed to provide the service, maintain security, handle a request, or resolve a dispute. We delete or anonymize them when that purpose ends, except where the law requires retention. Apple manages its purchase records. Clearing app data does not delete your transaction history or cancel a subscription.

6. Third parties and data security

We do not sell your personal information or send media to advertising or analytics services. Necessary Apple services, website hosting, and email services handle information for the purposes described above.

If you publish a result yourself on a platform such as Xiaohongshu, that platform's rules apply. Saving to Photos does not publish it automatically. Media and exported results may contain audio, people, or location information. The app does not guarantee removal of all metadata. Check content and file details before sharing.

We use necessary permissions, access controls, and protections appropriate to the risks, but no device or network can be guaranteed absolutely secure. This does not reduce our legal security obligations. If a personal-information security incident occurs or may occur, we will take prompt remedial action and notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

7. Your rights

You can revoke system permissions and clear local data. For information we actually hold, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or an explanation of our handling rules. Contact us by email below. We will respond promptly, act within the legally required period, and explain any lawful reason a request cannot be fulfilled.

We cannot remotely access or delete information held only on your device, but we can explain how to do so. You may also complain to a competent authority as permitted by law.

8. Minors

The app is not specifically directed to children under 14. Minors should use it with guidance from a parent or guardian. Where children's personal information is involved, we will obtain any legally required guardian consent and provide the required special protections. A guardian may contact us below with an access or deletion request.

9. Policy updates

We will show the date of changes on this page. Before introducing media uploads, accounts, analytics SDKs, or other important changes to our handling of information, we will explain them clearly and obtain consent where required by law. Continuing to use the app does not mean you consent to new, nonessential collection. Declining unrelated optional processing will not prevent use of the core on-device conversion features.

本政策说明 iOS／iPadOS 版 Lives Mobile 如何处理信息。您的视频、图片和 Live Photo 在设备本地编辑与生成，我们不会通过媒体编辑功能将其上传至我们的服务器。

1. 本地处理与信息使用

本应用仅处理您主动选择的视频、图片、Live Photo 及完成编辑所需的声音和文件属性。素材副本、编辑草稿、预览缓存、水印设置、语言偏好，以及用于恢复草稿和素材查重的本地标识，可能保存在应用内。

这些数据用于导入、拼贴、裁剪、生成和恢复编辑，不用于人脸身份识别、广告画像或模型训练。我们不提供 Lives 账号注册、作品云端托管，也未集成第三方广告、行为统计或崩溃分析 SDK。

2. 系统权限

照片和文件选择。 您通过系统选择器主动授权访问所选素材，无需仅为选取素材就开放整个相册。已有照片读取授权时，应用可能用其解析所选 Live Photo 的配对资源，不据此批量收集其他照片。

保存到相册。 只有在您保存结果时，应用才请求或使用相应的照片写入权限。拒绝后无法完成相册保存，您可在系统设置中调整授权。

当前转换功能不申请摄像头、麦克风录音、通讯录、定位或广告追踪权限。使用原视频的声音不等于录制麦克风。撤回权限不会自动删除此前已导入的素材副本。

3. Apple 服务与购买

当所选素材仅存于 iCloud 或其他文件服务时，系统可能先将其下载至设备。您开启的 iCloud 照片或设备备份，也可能同步媒体和应用数据；这不等于作品被上传给 Lives 运营方。

当你为摄影水印选择“城市 / 区县”位置样式，且所选素材中包含拍摄坐标时，Lives Mobile 会在需要时使用 Apple 的反向地理编码服务，将这些坐标解析为城市或区县名称。该服务可能需要网络连接并向 Apple 发送用于解析的坐标；Lives Mobile 不会将照片或视频内容发送给开发者，也不会为此请求设备的实时定位权限。你可以关闭位置显示，或选择经纬度、手动文字等样式。

订阅和买断通过 Apple StoreKit 处理。应用读取并验证商品、交易、到期或撤销等权益状态，以解锁和恢复功能，不向我们自建的验单服务器上传交易凭据，也不获取您的 Apple 账户密码或完整银行卡信息。

Apple 可能按平台规则提供必要的销售或结算报告。相关服务和数据处理见 Apple 隐私政策。

4. 官网、法律页面与反馈邮件

当您打开我们运营的官网或法律文档网页时，服务器会接收 IP 地址、请求地址及浏览器标识等必要网络信息，并可能记录访问时间、响应状态和错误日志，仅用于提供页面、排查故障与维护安全，不用于广告追踪，也不附带您的媒体素材。

官网目前由阿里云的美国服务器托管，联系邮箱使用 Google Gmail。访问网页或发送邮件时，相应网络信息或邮件可能在中国大陆境外处理。我们运营的网页即使在外部浏览器打开，相关处理仍由我们依法负责。 涉及依法需要跨境告知、单独同意等程序的处理，我们会事先履行，不以点击链接代替。

您发邮件时主动提供的邮箱、问题描述、设备信息、订单说明或附件，仅用于回复、排查和处理请求。请勿发送密码、完整支付资料或无关的私人影像。邮件服务的信息处理见 Google 隐私政策。

5. 保存与删除

本地素材和草稿在继续编辑所需期间保存，您可删除导入素材，或使用“设置 → 存储 → 清除素材和缓存”。该操作不删除系统相册中的原始文件与已保存结果，也不一定清除语言或水印预设等偏好。

彻底删除应用通常会移除其本机数据；系统“卸载 App／保留数据”、iCloud 备份及相册副本需另行管理。我们没有作品云备份，无法远程恢复已删除的本地内容。

网站日志和支持记录仅在提供服务、安全维护、处理请求或争议所必需的最短期间内保留，目的完成后删除或匿名化；法律要求保留的记录按相应期限处理。Apple 购买记录由 Apple 管理，清除应用数据不会删除交易历史或取消订阅。

6. 第三方与数据安全

我们不出售您的个人信息，不将媒体内容交给广告或分析服务。必要的 Apple 服务、网站托管和邮件服务按上述用途处理信息。

您自行将结果发布至小红书等平台时，适用相应平台的规则；保存至相册不会自动发布。素材及导出结果可能包含声音、人物或位置等信息，本应用不保证自动清除全部元数据，分享前请检查内容及文件详情。

我们采取必要的权限、访问控制及与风险相适应的保护措施，但设备和网络无法保证绝对安全。这不减轻我们依法应承担的安全义务。发生或可能发生个人信息安全事件时，我们会及时补救，并按法律要求通知您、向主管部门报告。

7. 您的权利

您可撤回系统权限、清理本地数据，并就我们实际持有的信息请求查阅、复制、更正、删除或解释处理规则。请通过下方邮箱提出请求，我们会及时答复，在法定期限内处理并说明结果或依法无法执行的原因。

仅保存在您设备中的数据，我们无法远程访问或替您删除，可协助说明操作方法。您也可以依法向有权机关投诉。

8. 未成年人

本应用不以不满十四周岁儿童为专门服务对象。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用；涉及儿童个人信息时，我们会依法取得所需监护人同意并提供专门保护规则及措施。监护人可通过下方邮箱提出查询或删除请求。

9. 政策更新

我们会在本页标明更新日期。新增媒体上传、账号、分析 SDK 或改变重要处理规则前，会清晰告知并依法取得必要同意。继续使用不代表同意新增的非必要收集，拒绝无关的可选处理不影响本地核心转换功能。

Welcome to Lives Mobile. These terms apply to the iOS and iPadOS versions of the app. “We” refers to the developer and operator listed at the end. Lives Mobile is an on-device tool for converting and arranging videos, images, and other media into Live Photos. Please read the sections on media rights, watermarks, automatic renewal, the scope of one-time purchases, and data backups carefully.

1. Software license

Rights in the app's software, trademarks, and interface belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a license to use the app, not ownership of its source code or trademarks. Unless permitted by law or an applicable third-party license, you may not copy and sell or repackage the app, or unlawfully bypass payment verification.

Unless a separate custom license agreement is provided, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the software license. Third-party materials used in the app, if any, remain subject to their respective license terms.

2. Your work and watermarks

You retain the rights you hold in your own media and in results lawfully created from it. Converting or arranging media, or adding a watermark, does not automatically give you permission to use someone else's material. Before importing, editing, or publishing, make sure you have any required copyright, music, likeness, privacy, and other rights.

You may lawfully use your results for social sharing or commercial purposes, including posting them yourself to platforms such as Xiaohongshu. The app does not review whether your work is lawful, post it automatically, or obtain your permission to promote, sublicense, or use it for model training. You are responsible under applicable law for unauthorized use of media or unlawful publication; this does not limit our responsibility for our own conduct.

Exports may include a Lives watermark. Whether it can be removed or customized depends on the available features, purchase information, and your settings. The watermark identifies the tool used to create the result. It does not mean that we own, review, or endorse the work, or that the media has been licensed. Do not use it to falsely imply official cooperation, authorization, or endorsement.

You must have a lawful basis for any text, images, or marks in a custom watermark. Watermark controls do not authorize unlawful removal of another party's copyright management information.

3. Local data and backups

Media, drafts, and caches are mainly stored on your device. We do not provide cloud backup for your work. Keep copies of your original media and important results before clearing media, deleting the app, or changing devices.

“Clear Media and Cache” or deleting the app may remove in-app data, but it will not automatically delete results already saved to the system Photos library. Clearing only the canvas or revoking permission may leave imported media copies in the app. We cannot restore data that existed only on your device and was deleted without another backup.

Local editing does not mean every feature works offline. Purchases, access to iCloud media, and online documents may require a network connection. This does not relieve us of responsibility for our own fault under applicable law.

4. Charges and automatic renewal

The app may offer monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase. Only plans actually available on the purchase page apply. Features, billing periods, full prices, and offer conditions are shown before purchase, and payments are processed through the Apple App Store. An annual plan is charged for the full year; any monthly equivalent is for comparison only.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel them in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation usually stops the next renewal, while access continues through the paid period unless, for example, a refund or transaction revocation applies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Cancel before the renewal date. If you take a free or discounted trial and do not want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The exact timing and process are governed by Apple's rules and applicable law. We will provide prominent subscription and renewal notices, and notice of price or condition changes, as required by law. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions.

An expired subscription does not delete results you already saved to the system Photos library. Continuing to use premium editing or export features may require an active entitlement.

5. One-time purchase

A “lifetime” or “permanent” plan is a one-time purchase, does not renew automatically, and has no subscription expiration date for the entitlements stated at purchase. We will not require you to buy the same entitlements again merely because a plan is renamed or offered as a subscription.

A one-time purchase does not automatically include a separate Mac version, another app, or a new product that was not included when you purchased. It does not promise updates indefinitely or compatibility with every future operating system. If we must discontinue a relevant service, we will give reasonable notice and handle purchased entitlements according to applicable law.

Buying a one-time plan does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or annual subscription. Check your Apple subscription status separately.

6. Restore purchases and refunds

After reinstalling the app or changing devices, you can use the Apple Account associated with your purchase and choose “Restore Purchases” to restore eligible, valid entitlements. This may require a network connection.

You can request a refund through Apple's refund process, subject to applicable rules. A refund or transaction revocation may affect the corresponding entitlement. You may also contact us if a purchased feature is not delivered or a purchase fails. Apple processing the payment does not remove our product responsibilities or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Minors

Minors should read and use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian and obtain any required guardian consent before purchasing paid features. An App Store age rating does not replace purchase authorization or legally required guardian consent.

8. Feature limits and responsibility

Output depends on the source media, device, operating system, and third-party platforms. A platform may compress or transcode a result, remove audio, or change how it appears. We do not promise that every platform will preserve a Live Photo's motion, sound, or quality. Check the image, audio, and metadata before saving or publishing.

We will take reasonable steps to maintain the app, but cannot guarantee that every combination of media and system software will work without error. This does not remove our duty to deliver or remedy features we expressly promise. We will notify users of important changes affecting purchased entitlements and handle them according to applicable law.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability for personal injury, property damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or product, personal-information, and consumer-protection obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Your legal rights to refunds, complaints, litigation, and other remedies remain unaffected.

9. Changes and disputes

Updates to these terms will show their date. We will prominently notify you of important changes to payments or existing entitlements, obtain consent where required by law, and not retroactively revoke rights you have lawfully acquired. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal-data handling.

Matters concerning users in mainland China are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without excluding mandatory protections that apply where you live. You may first contact us by email, file a complaint, or bring a case before a court with jurisdiction as permitted by law.

1. 软件许可

本应用的软件、商标及界面等权利属于相应权利人。您获得的是使用许可，而非源代码或商标的所有权。未经许可，不得复制销售、重新打包本应用或非法绕过付费验证；法律及第三方许可另有规定的除外。

未另行提供自定义许可协议时，软件许可适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。本应用使用的第三方材料（如有）适用其各自的许可条款。

2. 您的作品与水印

您保留对自有素材及依法生成结果所享有的权利。转换、拼贴或添加水印，不会使您自动取得他人素材的授权。 导入、编辑或发布前，请确认具备必要的著作权、音乐、肖像、隐私及其他使用依据。

您可依法将结果用于社交分享或商业用途，包括自行发布至小红书等平台。本应用不替您审查作品是否合法，也不会自动发布作品或取得其宣传、再许可、模型训练授权。因您未经授权使用素材或违法发布造成的责任，由您依法承担；我们对自身行为应承担的责任不受影响。

导出结果可能带有 Lives 水印，关闭或自定义水印以实际功能、购买说明和您的设置为准。水印仅标识制作工具，不代表我们拥有、审核或认可作品，也不证明素材已经获得授权。 不得利用水印虚假表示官方合作、授权或背书。

自定义水印的文字、图像和标识应具有合法使用依据。调整水印功能不代表允许违法删除他人的版权管理信息。

3. 本地数据与备份

素材、草稿及缓存主要保存在您的设备中，我们不提供作品云端备份。 请在清理素材、删除应用或更换设备前，保留原始素材和重要结果的备份。

“清除素材和缓存”或删除应用可能移除应用内数据，但不会自动删除已存入系统相册的结果。仅清空画布或撤回权限，不一定删除已导入的素材副本。仅存于本机且已删除、没有其他备份的数据，我们无法替您恢复。

本地编辑不等于所有功能均无需联网，购买、iCloud 素材读取及在线文档访问仍可能需要网络。上述说明不免除我们因自身过错依法应承担的责任。

4. 费用与自动续费

本应用可能提供月度、年度自动续期订阅及一次性买断，仅以购买页面实际开放的方案为准。功能、计费周期、完整价格和优惠条件会在购买前展示，费用通过 Apple App Store 支付。年付方案按年度收取完整费用，折算月价仅供比较。

月度和年度订阅在未取消时会自动续费。 您可在设备“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理或取消。取消通常只停止下一周期续费，当前已付费周期内仍可使用权益；退款或交易撤销等情况除外。删除应用不等于取消订阅。

请在续期前完成取消；如参加免费或优惠试用且不希望续订，请至少在试用结束前 24 小时取消。具体时间和处理以 Apple 规则及适用法律为准。我们会依法在订阅前及续费前显著提醒，并告知价格或条件变化。操作见 Apple 取消订阅指引。

订阅到期不会删除您已保存到系统相册的结果，但继续使用高级编辑或导出功能可能需要恢复权益。

5. 一次性买断

“终身”或“永久”方案是一次性买断，不自动续费，对购买时列明的权益不设置订阅到期日。 我们不会以方案更名或改为订阅为由，要求您为已购买的相同权益再次付费。

买断不当然包含独立的 Mac 版本、其他应用，或购买时未包含的新产品，也不承诺无限期更新及支持未来所有系统。若确需停止有关服务，我们会合理告知并依法处理已购权益。

购买买断不会当然取消原有月度或年度订阅，请另行检查 Apple 订阅状态。

6. 恢复购买与退款

重新安装或更换设备后，您可使用原购买关联的 Apple 账户，通过“恢复购买”恢复符合条件的有效权益，过程可能需要联网。

退款可通过 Apple 退款渠道申请，结果依适用规则处理；退款或撤销交易可能影响对应权益。遇到功能未交付或购买异常，也可联系我们。由 Apple 收款不排除我们应承担的产品责任及您的法定消费者权利。

7. 未成年人使用

未成年人应在监护人指导下阅读并使用本应用，购买付费功能应取得所需的监护人同意。App Store 年龄分级不替代购买授权或法律要求的监护人同意。

8. 功能边界与责任

输出效果受素材、设备、系统和第三方平台影响。平台可能压缩、转码、移除声音或改变展示，我们不承诺所有平台均保留 Live Photo 的动态、声音和画质。 请在保存和发布前检查画面、声音及元数据。

我们会合理维护应用，但无法保证任何素材和系统组合均无错误。上述限制不免除我们对明确承诺功能的履行或补救责任；影响已购权益的重要变更会予以告知，并依法处理。

本条款不排除或限制人身损害、因故意或重大过失造成的财产损失，以及依法不能排除的产品、个人信息保护和消费者保护责任。 您依法享有的退款、投诉、诉讼及其他救济权利不受影响。

9. 条款变更与争议处理

条款更新会标明日期。涉及付费、既有权益等重要变化时，我们会显著提示，并在法律要求时取得同意，不追溯撤销您已取得的合法权益。个人信息处理见隐私政策。

面向中国大陆用户的相关事项适用中华人民共和国法律，您所在地依法适用的强制性保护不受排除。争议可先通过邮箱协商，也可依法投诉或向有管辖权的人民法院起诉。

Lives Mobile Demo Media Sources and Licenses

The onboarding tutorial uses a developer-filmed polar bear video (about 5.8 seconds). Users can import, edit, and export it as a Live Photo during the tutorial. Some feature previews on the Lives Pro purchase page use videos downloaded from Pexels. Those Pexels videos are not provided as exportable onboarding media:

License and use

We obtained these videos through Pexels under the Pexels License. The license allows free use and modification of Pexels videos, including use in apps and product presentations. Attribution is not required, but we credit the creators and link to their work. The license also has limits: do not sell unmodified copies, republish the videos on stock media or wallpaper platforms, or imply that the creators, people, or brands shown endorse Lives Mobile. The full Pexels Terms of Service also restrict standalone distribution of content that remains substantially the same as the source, including content changed only by cropping, resizing, or filters.

The App does not offer a download of the original Pexels videos or make them available as onboarding media for export. Copyright in the videos remains with the respective rights holders. The Pexels License does not automatically clear other rights that may apply to recognizable people, trademarks, or other elements shown. The current official Pexels terms govern the scope of use.

Lives Mobile 的新手引导使用开发者自行拍摄的北极熊视频（约 5.8 秒）。用户可以在引导中导入、编辑并将它导出为 Live Photo。购买页的部分功能预览使用了从 Pexels 下载的视频；这些视频不会作为新手引导的可导出素材。其作者和作品页面如下：

使用许可

上述视频通过 Pexels 获取，使用依据为 Pexels 免费素材图片和视频许可证。该许可允许免费使用和修改 Pexels 视频，包括在应用及产品介绍中使用；标注作者和 Pexels 并非强制要求，我们仍主动列明来源。使用时也须遵守许可限制：不得出售未经修改的视频副本，不得在其他素材或壁纸平台重新发布这些素材，也不得暗示作者、画面中的人物或品牌认可 Lives Mobile。Pexels 完整使用条款还限制与原素材基本相同的独立分发，包括仅裁剪、调整尺寸或加滤镜后的分发。

App 不提供上述 Pexels 视频的原片下载入口，也不会把它们作为引导素材供用户导出。视频的著作权仍归相应权利人；Pexels 许可也不当然涵盖画面中可能涉及的肖像、商标等其他权利。具体许可范围以 Pexels 官方现行条款为准。
